Job duties:
Perform recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and supporting best practices across company and assets.
Participate in design and implement recruiting strategies to meet business objectives and scale operations effectively.
Perform headhunting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and forecast future recruitment requirements.
Meet performance metrics for recruiting activities, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Additional requirements:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent. SHRM/CIPD certification is an advantage
Advanced resourcing and headhunting skills
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Good negotiation and headhunting skills
Minimum 5 years of experience including at least 1 year experience in Oil and Gas sector
Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
Ability to express team work, coordination
