We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing daily tasks, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
Coordinate with vendors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of assets.
Manage the distribution of marketing materials for internal and external audiences.
Plan and execute campaigns to promote retail products including discounts, seasonal offers, and new arrivals.
Develop in-store and digital marketing advertising to drive foot traffic and online sales.
Create and edit marketing materials such as social media posts, newsletters, and promotional content.
Contribute to the development of website content, blogs, and email marketing copy.
Schedule and monitor posts on social media platforms.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
Assist in organizing marketing events, trade shows, and product launches.
Manage logistics and promotional materials for events.
Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists, and CRM systems.

Experience:

2+ Years in marketing (experience in IT or tech industry preferred).
Education:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with design or marketing tools (eg, Canva, Photoshop)
Languages:

Azeri, Russian and English Intermediate
