Experience & Qualifications:

5-10 years of professional experience in mechanical works
Experience in hotel, residential, or mixed-use construction projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
Familiar with Primavera and MS Project software
Knowledge in preparing method statements, technical submittals, and site test procedures
Technical English (intermediate level or above)
Good understanding of progress payments and quantity take-offs in mechanical works
Key Responsibilities:

Review and prepare mechanical shop drawings and material submittals
Coordinate mechanical designs with consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines
Monitor and report subcontractor performance and site progress
Support the development and updates of the mechanical work schedule
Conduct root cause analysis for delays and provide mitigation strategies
Validate subcontractor payment claims based on actual progress
Oversee material procurement and compliance with technical specifications
Participate in mechanical inspections and system commissioning
Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in value engineering efforts
Preferred:

Knowledge of international mechanical standards
