Our Requirements:

+1 years of experience in marketing, including branding, digital marketing;
Fluency in Azerbaijani;
Expertise in video content creation and storytelling;
Strong ability to understand and align with the brand’s vision, driving effective and high-performing marketing strategies;
Proficient in photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related platforms.
Your key Responsibilities:

Marketing strategy

Lead brand consistency and manage brand identity across all design concept;
Provide marketing goals and objectives that align with the overall business objectives;
Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals
Creative management

Create videos content plan ideas and template;
Lead the process of organizing for production/shooting;
Lead and creation video sceneries and synopsis;
Create design style and direction of video content;
Execute the video editing and montage;
Creating monthly and one time video content for social network;
Creating video design adaptation for several digital placement;
Lead the process of recording video in events, conference and workshops;
Lead and create podcast and video library;
Lead and execute the process of photo shooting in event, conference and workshops.
Skills and Competencies:

Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively;
Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
