Security Supervisor – 3rd CIS Games 2025

Location: Multiple Cities Across Azerbaijan
Contract: Temporary (August – October 2025)

About the Role – As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day security operations at one or more competition and non-competition venues during the 3rd CIS Games. Working alongside Security Coordinators, law enforcement, and Games Operations, you’ll be responsible for supervising staff, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring that all procedures are followed to create a safe and orderly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site security teams and ensure their tasks are executed effectively
Monitor access control and perimeter security procedures
Act as the main point of contact for incident response and escalation
Assist in briefing security personnel and coordinating shift schedules
Conduct site inspections and enforce emergency protocols when necessary
Liaise with venue management and public security forces to resolve any issues
Maintain daily reports and provide updates to the central Security Operations team
Requirements:

Experience in security supervision, event safety, or similar field
Strong understanding of crowd management, access control, and emergency procedures
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to manage high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between cities if needed
Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; knowledge of Russian and/or English is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working at major events or sports competitions
Previous collaboration with local police or emergency response units
Certification in first aid, security operations, or incident management
