Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and manage projects related to politics, international relations, and public policy
Monitor and analyze political developments and assess their impact on ongoing and future projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both local and international
Develop project documentation, including proposals, budgets, timelines, and progress reports
Represent the organization in meetings with government bodies, NGOs, and international partners
Organize political and policy-related events, forums, and working groups
Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards within the scope of each project
Prepare analytical reports and policy briefings for internal and external audiences
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Administration, or a related field
At least year of experience managing political or public policy projects
Strong understanding of local, regional, and international political landscapes
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, politically sensitive environment
Strong analytical and writing skills
