İTALDİZAİN is looking for an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team.
If you’re skilled in building strong supplier relationships, attentive to detail, and eager to optimize procurement processes — we’d be happy to welcome you!

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure uninterrupted procurement processes
Control order accuracy and documentation compliance
Communicate and negotiate effectively with suppliers
Enter data into the ERP system and monitor delivery timelines
Coordinate closely with internal departments to streamline requests
Requirements:

Higher education
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Russian and English (good level)
Confident user of MS Office (including Access, Excel), Outlook, and ERP systems
CIPS certificate is an advantage
Key Competencies:

Analytical thinking
Responsibility and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, stress resilience, and diplomacy
Ability to handle confidential information
