Job responsibilities:

Participate in the process of selecting and purchasing commercial products from exhibitions.
Placing additional orders based on weekly sales.
Communicate sales targets to stores at the beginning of the season/year and ensure their implementation.
Hold regular meetings with store managers.
Planning the use of leave by staff in stores.
Ensuring timely completion of the labeling process and timely delivery of products to all stores.
Organizing product displays in stores in accordance with the Brand’s VM guidelines.
Organizing inter-store transfers of products based on sales and warehouse balances.
To arrange the purchase of non-commercial products intended for sale.
Ensuring timely implementation of all activities in accordance with the marketing plan.
Ensuring that there is an appropriate number and quality of personnel to work in stores.
Preparing and monitoring employee work schedules.
Ensuring that customer service in the store meets company standards.
Ensuring that KPIs assigned to stores are met.
Identify and ensure that faults are fixed in the store
