Job Responsibilities:
Reviewing short and medium term market potential, taking into account Hilti Sales Strategy, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Area of responsibility:
Establishing effective relationships with existing and new customers, continuously developing relationships, and addressing customer needs.
Sales of products, application of new products in construction sites, offices and manufacturing facilities, providing information to customers about products and their use.
With the support of the Sales Director, implementing monthly, quarterly and annual sales in line with the company’s strategy and priorities.
Adhering to the company’s strategy and improving skills and abilities within the framework of the business and development goals set annually.
Submitting daily reports, customer information, weekly (monthly) plans and required reports to management
After the sale, follow up on the collection of receivables within the specified period.
Profile:
Educated in engineering
High communication skills, sales success and goal-oriented development
Result-oriented, dynamic, energetic, good communication and self-expression skills
Having strategic and creative approaches to problem solving and decision making
Knowledge of English and Russian, ability to work in MS Office programs
Driver’s license
