Job information:

To maintain and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, provide high-level service to customers, accept orders, and create optimal conditions for product selection
Being friendly and responsible in the team, demonstrating teamwork
Informing customers about sales rules and procedures, as well as campaigns
Overseeing the maintenance of company standards and sales quality
Performing cash transactions.
2-shift work schedule – 09:00-17:00 and 14:00-22:00 (1 day off per week)
Lunch: Provided by the company.
Salary: 600 azn + bonus

Candidate requirements:

Between 20 -35 years old (female candidates)
Knowledge of Russian and English (knowledge of Russian is preferred)
Innovative also willing to learn and apply new knowledge and skills
High written and verbal communication skills
Solving problems effectively
High responsibility, initiative and efficiency
Knowledge of customer service rules and methods, sales psychology and principles
Candidates with experience as a Salesperson or Cashier, who are eager to learn new information and are quick learners are preferred.
