Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs in line with organizational objectives
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
Support annual salary review processes, incentive schemes, and performance-based reward programs
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support management decision-making
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal reward policies
Advise HR Business Partners and senior leadership on pay structures, job evaluations, and benefits offerings
Participate in reward-related projects, including policy development, grading systems, and HR digital tool implementation
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
Sound knowledge of reward frameworks and local labor legislation
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
