Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration

Coordinate and support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, contract administration, and HR documentation across all regional locations.
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping, including personnel files and HR databases.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping systems, ensuring alignment with company policies.
Employee Relations

Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances in regional sites, resolving issues promptly and in line with company values and labor regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to engage with employees, gather feedback, and address workplace issues.
Assist in conducting investigations related to disciplinary actions, complaints, or code of conduct violations.
Regional Support & Compliance

Ensure HR practices in regional offices comply with Azerbaijani labor law and internal policies.
Provide guidance to regional managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Monitor working conditions in regional sites and report any risks or concerns to HR leadership.
Recruitment & Onboarding

Support local recruitment efforts in regional areas, including coordination with hiring managers, interviewing candidates, and facilitating offers.
Oversee regional onboarding processes to ensure consistent integration of new hires.
Training & Development

Identify HR training needs in the regions and coordinate training sessions on topics such as workplace conduct, HR policy awareness, and safety procedures.
Promote employee engagement initiatives and help implement HR development plans in the field.
HR Reporting & Metrics

Collect and consolidate HR data from regions (e.g., headcount, turnover, absenteeism) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
Support audits and internal reviews by providing necessary HR documentation and insights from regional operations.
Role requirements:

Min 4 years of experience (preferably in FMCG, production or agro industry)
Proficiency at MS Excel (for preparing reports)
Strong analytical skills
Preferred to have an experience as an HR Generalist (HR operations + recruitment or another HR function).
