Job description:

Lead the significant number of accounting outsourcing and tax compliance projects;
Oversee all accounting operations and manage the month-end closing procedures for clients;
Preparation of period-end financial reports based on IFRS: Statement of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Cash Flows (if agreed in clients’ scope);
Oversee and organize the tax audit process and giving instructions. Preparation of tax audit report reflecting findings (tax risks);
Manage junior staff and provide guidance;
Timely respond clients’ queries;
Participating in meeting and conference calls with clients;

Candidate requirements:

University degree in economics, finance, accounting and/or other related disciplines;
Advanced knowledge in tax and labour legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
3-4 years of work experience in the related filed;
Pre-intermediate level of English (Russian is desirable);
Professional qualification/ certificates is an advantage (such as ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR, PMS)
Advanced skills and working experience in MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and 1C accounting software (other accounting software is an advantage);
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
Problem-solving and decision- making skills.
