Working conditions:

Place of work: China, YIVU city
Working hours: Monday – Saturday ( 09:00 – 18:00 )
Salary: 2000 AZN

Job responsibilities:

Recording incoming cash, inventory, and fixed assets
It carries out the work of storing, formalizing accounting documents and transferring them to the archive in a specified manner.
Preparation of monthly internal financial reports
Preparation of cash transactions report
Conducting monthly censuses
The company must keep accurate and timely records of its financial transactions and track all income and expenses.
Import and export operations are widespread in the automotive spare parts sector. The accountant must manage all financial documents related to foreign trade operations, properly accounting for customs duties, preparation of export documents, transportation and other costs.
Preparation of financial statements: Preparing periodic financial statements (e.g., profit and loss statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements) in a timely manner and submitting them to management.
Financial analysis: Analysis of the company’s financial situation, profit and loss assessment, analysis of investment opportunities.
Organization of primary accounting documents; Implementation of the inventory process;
Maintaining records and providing documentation related to the purchase, sale, transfer and disposal of goods and materials;
Accounting for receivables and payables, conducting and managing reconciliations;
Completing all work-related tasks assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner;

Requirements:

Higher education in finance, accounting or economics;
Ability to work fluently in MS Office programs (especially Excel);
High analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Responsible, accurate and able to work with a team;
Have experience in accountability;
Must be able to quickly learn external software tools.
Be open to learning; RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES ARE REQUIRED.
