The company MAX PRINT , successfully working in the field of outdoor advertising, production of commercial furniture, digital printing and promotional products, announces the recruitment of a vacancy for an Accountant at a production site .

Main duties:

Management of accounting and tax accounting at the production site
Accounting for materials, raw materials and finished products
Control over primary documentation (invoices, bills, invoices, etc.)
Checking with suppliers and contractors
Participation in inventories
Preparation of production reports for the chief accountant
Work in accounting software (1C or similar)
Candidate requirements:

Higher education in accounting, economics or finance
Not less than 2 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in the production sector
Knowledge of tax and labor legislation
Confident command of 1C, Excel, knowledge of document management
Attention, responsibility, discipline
Ability to work with large volumes of information and meeting deadlines
Working conditions:

Full time, schedule 5/2 (Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00)
Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Work in an office close to production (Binagadinsky district)

Accountant (in the manufacturing sector)

Location: Baku city, Binagadi district

Main tasks:

Accounting and tax accounting in the production sector
Organization of accounting for materials, raw materials and finished products
Control over the accuracy of primary documents (invoices, acts, invoices, etc.)
Conducting mutual settlements with suppliers and contractors
Participation in inventories
Preparation of production reports for the chief accountant
Working in accounting programs (1C or similar)
Candidate requirements:

Higher education in accounting, finance or economics
Minimum 2 years of work experience as an accountant (preferably in manufacturing)
Knowledge of tax and labor legislation
Proficiency in 1C and Excel, familiarity with document management
Carefulness, responsibility and accuracy
Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines
Working conditions:

Full-time, 5/2 work schedule (Mon – Fri: 09:00–18:00)
Official employment contract according to the Labor Code
Work in an office located next to a production area (Binagadi district)
