Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support financial reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic planning across the GeoUnit. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving operational efficiency, optimizing resource usage, and enhancing financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report on key performance indicators and financial objectives within the GeoUnit.
Support profitability and cash generation initiatives.
Track at-risk receivables and work with Sales and customers to reduce days to invoice.
Evaluate commercial tenders, identify risks and opportunities, and assess pricing impact on margins.
Analyze and optimize working capital, including materials and inventory management.
Monitor cost trends and identify savings opportunities in coordination with the Supply Chain.
Apply relevant accounting principles and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
Review resource utilization (tools and personnel) and recommend efficiency improvements.
Assist in quarterly and annual planning and forecasting processes.
Analyze financial performance of customer contracts.
Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports and variance analysis with recommendations.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley controls and support audit activities.
Requirements:

6–8 years of experience in business or financial analysis.
Strong understanding of financial and management reporting, GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and financial statements.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and audit procedures.
Practical knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Proficiency in English (C1 level).
