After the recruitment process, a specific category will be determined based on experience and interests.

What will you be doing?:

Establishing and developing collaborative relationships with a portfolio of partner suppliers;
Analysis of seller performance indicators: GMV, product range, pricing policy, availability;
Initiation of new commercial opportunities: exclusives, advantageous supply models, promotions, etc.;
Optimization of contract terms, negotiations and revision of agreements;
Implementation of advertising campaigns and activations in collaboration with suppliers;
Working with data: monitoring KPIs, presenting reports and making decisions based on analysis;
Collaborate with the category manager and others to achieve common goals.
The candidate we are looking for:

3+ years of work experience in e-commerce / sales / category management / FMCG;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Deep understanding of purchasing, partnership and sales analytics processes;
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and analytical tools;
Higher education in marketing, management, economics or related fields;
Good level of knowledge of one of the Russian or English languages.
