Responsibilities:
Review, negotiate, and support the preparation of contracts including but not limited to EPC, equipment supply, consultancy, and O&M agreements.
Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance of contract terms, scopes of work, and performance guarantees with project requirements and industry standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Support the development and application of contract templates incorporating both commercial and technical best practices.
Coordinate with legal, procurement, engineering, and project management teams to align contract content with business and operational objectives.
Support the procurement process by ensuring supplier and subcontractor agreements meet technical and commercial project requirements.
Assist in evaluating contractor proposals, identifying gaps or inconsistencies in pricing, scope, or deliverables.
Monitor contract performance and coordinate any changes through formal variation or change order procedures.
Maintain organized contract records, track key obligations and deadlines, and ensure coordination with project teams for documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in renewable energy, power generation, or infrastructure projects.
Technical understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, equipment schedules, and project execution methodologies.
Experience working with standard contract forms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
