Responsibilities:

Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules. The role will include Electrical QC work also.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower and materials prior to execution.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Technical and Construction Managers. Manages and assigns electrical team at projects.
Works closely with and supports the Construction Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets at the site.
Direct manufacturing, installing, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes
Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure they meet safety standards and applicable regulations
Plan and develop applications and modifications for electronic properties used in parts and systems to improve technical performance when required
coordinate performance and routine activities of electrical field engineering personnel;
Conduct electrical progress work inspections on continuous basis along with complete end electrical installations checkout;
Ensure quality and compliance to parameters and codes preceding turnover to client establishment;
Support project controls and supervise detailed work plans as well as mini-schedules establishment;
Coordinate and record client as well as vendor needed electrical installations and tests verifications;
Coordinate with Electrical Engineers to solve drawing as well as set-route problems;
Inspect permanent plant components through receiving process to ensure project drawings and standards are attained;
Ensure to provide Field Material Request of permanent plant components for purchase;
Support all HSE Activities / Initiatives. Observe for unsafe acts / unsafe conditions and raise observation cards;
Fully support and participate in all Injury and Incident Free (IIF) initiatives through reaching out and communicating with Contractors Staff and craft. Participate in Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) ;
Compliance with Project Ethics policies, Role model the Project way;
Adheres to Project Execution Procedures and processes;
Understand the requirements of the contract for the Electrical and instrumentation fabrications;
Ensures work is in conformance with specifications, plans, schedules, and contractual agreements;
Primary job function is investigation and resolution of E&I field issues in support of the module fabrication team and project delivery schedule.
Works under the direction of the Construction Manager and with full coordination with Construction Engineers to provide assistance in the supervision of the works undertaken by Contractors;
Monitor the progress of the site activities in coordination with the Core Team.
Supervise and remain vigilant regarding all aspects of the construction activities. Respond with appropriate and necessary levels of construction supervision in accordance with Contract Documents.
Monitor the contractor’s work in accordance with the approved construction procedures.
Provide all photographs before, during and after construction necessary to provide adequate documentation of changes at site.
Coordinate the construction work with the local authorities and contractor.
Observe the safety procedures followed by the contractor. Issue instructions as necessary to correct safety violations.
Attend progress meetings held at the site if required by the construction manager.
Assist in the final inspection and handover of the work. Review the adequacy and accuracy of the defect lists.
Coordinate with the laboratory Technician and arrange for sampling and testing of satisfactorily completed work, and quality assurance testing of suspect materials. Work closely with the core team and the QA/QC engineers to meet milestones of the project.
Requirements:

Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Full time employee;
5 years and above of experience within the oil and gas industry;
Good command of Azerbaijani and English, (Russian is an advantage)
Knowledge of safety legislation and regulations;
Electronic Systems, Electronics Troubleshooting, Electronic Testing Design, Project Management, Quality Focus, Database Design, Analyzing Information, Reporting Research Results, Emphasizing Excellence;
Experience in design and installation related to Electrical works at industrial projects.
Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering) from reputable universities.
Sound knowledge and practical experience in Electrical standards, equipment/material selection.
Good reporting skills;
