Job description:
Preparation of estimates based on given architectural and structural solutions for construction;
Development of methodological and normative materials, technical documents, as well as measures and proposals for the implementation of developed projects and programs;
Ensuring the availability of complete design and estimate documents for the facilities to be constructed and their provision for the execution of construction and installation works, according to their purpose;
Developing title lists for the design of facilities, together with project organizations;
To organize the naming of materials used in construction according to their specifications in estimate and standard documents, and the use of a material dictionary with the same name in warehouse and accounting;
Create classification and nomenclature groupings for the purpose of materials used in construction;
Monitoring the use and disposal processes of materials to be used in construction in accordance with estimates and standards through the 1C 8.3 program;
Carrying out direct technical supervision at the construction site in accordance with the prepared estimate;
Providing proposals for the efficient and optimal performance of various construction, installation and repair works;
Analysis of materials and work volumes and preparation of detailed estimates based on given projects for general construction, repair, MEP (electrical installation, sanitary engineering, water supply, sewage) works.
Requirements:
Higher education in the field of Civil Engineering;
2 years of work experience in a relevant field;
Ability to work in AutoCad (Lira, SAP, Tekla are desirable);
Azerbaijani is excellent, English is desirable;
Ability to work in a team.
Working conditions:
Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00;
Rest: Sunday (Saturday is a shortened working day);
Work location: Varies depending on the project;
