Main job responsibilities:

Researching foreign markets, analyzing export opportunities and identifying new potential customers;
Organization of the export process: receipt of orders, coordination of documentation, transport and customs procedures;
Arranging the receipt of certificates and compliance documents required for export;
Conducting correspondence, negotiations and contracts with foreign partners;
Maintaining and developing long-term cooperation with existing customers;
Preparation of export statistics and reports, control over the implementation of sales plans;
Ensuring compliance with relevant international regulations and the legislation of exporting countries.
Candidate requirements:

Higher education (in business, international trade, economics or related fields);
Minimum 2 years of work experience in international sales and/or export;
Knowledge of foreign trade and customs procedures;
Must have excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
Ability to work independently in MS Office programs;
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
Ability to work in a team and make operational decisions.
Knowledge of 1C, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs;
Working conditions:

Documentation according to the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Work schedule: 6 days
Salary will be determined according to the candidate’s knowledge and skills.
