Main Responsibilities:

Manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations;
Ensure full compliance with Azerbaijan Labor Code and internal HR policies;
Maintain and process employee records and HR documentation using 1C software;
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent;
Utilize various recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, internal referrals);
Provide HR reports and analytics for management;
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
Foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
At least 3 years of HR management experience;
Advanced knowledge of 1C HR software;
Excellent understanding of Azerbaijan Labor Code;
Strong recruitment skills and experience with multiple sourcing platforms;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian (both written and spoken).
Work conditions:

Work hours 09:00 – 18:00;
Work days 5/2.
