Job Responsibilities:
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintaining employee records and databases.
Providing support in HR administrative tasks.
Assisting with employee benefits and payroll.
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Previous experience in HR is a plus.
Languages required: Fluent English, Azerbaijani, Russian
Conditions:
Starting salary: 1000-1200 AZN
Location: Salyan Highway (close to Lokbatan circle)
Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
Transportation: Provided by Company
