Job information
– Formalizing documents on hiring, changing positions, dismissing employees, etc. in accordance with labor legislation
– Preparing job descriptions;
– Monitoring employee attendance and work schedules, preparing attendance sheets at the end of the month and submitting them to accounting;
– Conducting operations on the “EMAS” portal (labor contracts, termination orders, amendments to labor contracts, leave orders, etc.)
– Drawing up leave schedules, keeping records of granting leave to employees, and monitoring the use of granted leave according to the schedule.
– Drawing up the staffing table, making relevant additions and changes to it
– Formalizing and registering leave documents
– Creating a database of employees, including innovations and changes
– Preparing references and character sheets on the labor activities
of employees – Formalizing appropriate measures regarding violations of labor and executive discipline of employees
– Organizing the preparation of a specific report on personnel accounting and work with personnel
– Preparing and posting open vacancies, reviewing CVs, selecting candidates suitable for vacancies, organizing initial interviews, preparing results of initial recruitment interviews, notifying candidates about the interview results.
– Working hours: 6 working days a week.
– Working hours: from 09:00 to 19:00.
Candidate requirements
– Higher education
– Minimum 2 years of work experience in the field of HR
– Must have a very good knowledge of labor legislation and personnel administration
– Must be familiar with the latest changes in the AMAS and ISB portals
– Strong analytical thinking skills
– Must be very familiar with MS Office programs
– High level of written and verbal communication skills;
– Ability to take responsibility and monitor the work process
