Responsibilities:

Inspect HVAC system installations (ductwork, piping, insulation, units) to ensure conformance to project drawings, specifications, and standards.
Verify that HVAC equipment installation (AHUs, FCUs, chillers, compressors, etc.) complies with manufacturer and industry requirements.
Monitor testing and commissioning activities of HVAC systems, including air balancing and performance verification.
Review and verify as-built drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection & test plans (ITPs).
Inspect insulation materials and application procedures for HVAC components.
Witness functional testing, pressure testing, and pre-commissioning of HVAC systems.
Verify calibration of instruments used in HVAC inspection.
Monitor quality of mechanical installations related to HVAC (e.g., dampers, fire stopping, grilles, controls).
Identify and report non-conformities, deficiencies, and unsafe acts or conditions.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions regarding HVAC inspection.
Prepare daily/weekly inspection reports and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to resolve HVAC-related issues.
Requirements:

Citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan
Full time employee;
7 years and above of experience within the oil and gas industry;
Good command of Azerbaijan and English, (Russian is an advantage)
Certifications or thorough knowledge of related industry codes & standards;
Ability to interpret single-line and/or schematic mechanical drawings as well as plans and specifications QA/QC of Mechanical works
Basic design requirements, estimation, installation activities related to Mechanical works for construction of building and infrastructure projects
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Management skills to lead a team of Mechanical Inspectors in the field of inspection and approvals of installed works
