Salary details:

Probation reriod (first 3 months): 600–700 AZN (based on experience and qualifications)
Post-probation: 700 AZN fixed salary + 10% commission from net profit generated through calculated tour packages
Job description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Incoming Tourism Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll handle bookings, deliver amazing customer service, and help ensure our clients have a smooth and stress-free experience. Key responsibilities:

Prepare and present rate proposals to clients, ensuring they are competitive and appealing. Actively pursue client confirmations and work towards finalizing bookings.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Promote our services to potential clients through diverse sales channels. Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our client base. Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in our internal system. Generate and submit regular sales reports, offering insights into performance and market trends.
Must-have requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Intermediate or higher proficiency in English
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Minimum 1 year of professional experience
Strong communication skills
