Summary:
As a IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide data-driven insights to enhance our products and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving improvements and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze and map existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for new features and enhancements.
Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
Assist in the creation of user stories, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate requirements effectively.
Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure they deliver the expected benefits.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our products and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with at least 1+ years of hands-on experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, BPMN, and UML.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in software development or database management is preferred.
Familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with APIs and integration processes.
Experience working within an Agile framework.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
