Responsibilities:
Provide first-level support to users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Troubleshoot problems related to desktop/laptop systems, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Support operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common business applications (e.g., MS Office, email clients).
Respond to support tickets, phone calls, emails, or in-person requests in a timely manner.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions and escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff if needed.
Document issues and maintain logs of user interactions and resolutions.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and peripherals.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in systems like Active Directory.
Enforce IT policies related to data security, backups, and software licensing.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.
Create and update documentation for troubleshooting guides, procedures, and FAQs.
Provide basic IT training to users on new systems or tools as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or customer service role.
Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English language, Russian language is preferred.
Must be stress-resistant, honest and analytical.
Communication skills, attentiveness, activity, responsibility
Computer skills – MS Office, Word, Excel necessary.
