(Junior) Lawyer

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for the Junior Lawyer to perform daily legal tasks that will support our legal team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare legal documents;
Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to the staff and the clients;
Ensure compliance of company’s documents with all the legal regulations and procedures;
Keep up-to-date with the changes in legislation of the country and prepare announcements if requested;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and other business partners under the supervision of a lawyer;
Drafting letters and other required documents the respective state agencies;
Supporting case preparation by preparing case summaries and materials;
Organizing materials for team case review;
Assistance with client disputes and reporting;
Representing customer companies in state agencies;
Carrying out basic research on specific tax and legal matters;
Perform other tasks on request from Head of Legal Department.
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset.
1 year of experience as junior lawyer
Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian).
Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Requirements:

Azerbaijani citizenship.
Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity.
Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
