Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers and partners on a variety of client matters, gaining hands-on experience in both advisory and transactional work. This role offers a great opportunity for professional development in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in advising clients on legal matters across corporate law, litigation, real estate, commercial law, employment law, etc.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including contracts, opinions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Attend meetings, negotiations, and hearings where appropriate.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

Law degree from a recognized institution.
2–5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the firm.
