Logistics and Stores Coordinator – VIP Gulfstream Fleet

ASG Business Aviation is seeking to recruit a Logistics and Stores Coordinator to join our rapidly growing aircraft maintenance team at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

The Logistics and Stores Coordinator reports directly to the Aircraft Maintenance Logistics and Procurement Specialist and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of ASG Business Aviation’s material management and logistics functions. Also plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimising warehouse space, and ensuring the availability of necessary materials to support both airline operations and aircraft maintenance activities.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Forecast and place Purchase Orders of parts needed as per Consumption Analysis,
Maintain Communication with client Supply Chain in maintaining accurate open parts orders and controlled documents. Also assists in administrative duties associated with procurement actions including follow-ups on urgently needed parts and spares.
Ensure computerized stock records are kept current and correct and discrepancies are investigated and adjusted accordingly.
Manage and oversee ASG BA aircraft parts, materials and tooling inventory (stock management)
Coordinate with MROs and internal teams to fulfil planned and urgent material needs (including AOG).
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations and standards in parts storage and handling
Qualifications:

University Degree in Aircraft Engineering/Aeronautical/Aerospace/Industrial or equivalent is desirable
Written and Verbal Fluency in Azerbaijani & English.
2+ years’ experience in the Aviation industry, 1 of which working in a procurement environment is desirable
Experience maintaining the Gulfstream aircraft type is desirable
Capable of working unsupervised in a dynamic environment
High accuracy and attention to both results and details.
Goal-oriented and possesses effective problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week)
