Job Purpose:

To ensure the safe, reliable, and optimal operation of all technical systems across managed facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Organize and oversee daily technical maintenance activities
Manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime
Supervise technical staff and subcontractors, ensuring quality and compliance
Monitor contracts and ensure service providers meet agreed terms
Prepare budgets and manage expenditures related to technical services
Utilize maintenance management systems and programs efficiently
Health & Safety Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and norms during all operations
Candidate Profile:

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure
Experience managing complex and large-scale facilities
Proven budget planning and cost management abilities
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial technical maintenance role
