On behalf of our client — a newly established medical clinic in Baku — we are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and service excellence.

Position Overview:
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing administrative and operational processes, leading a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring full compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in clinic administration and a strong commitment to service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring optimal patient service delivery.
Lead, supervise, and support administrative and clinical staff to achieve performance excellence.
Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
Manage patient experience processes, including scheduling, registration, billing, and feedback handling.
Monitor key performance indicators, prepare operational and financial reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with medical personnel to optimize workflows and enhance patient outcomes.
Oversee inventory, supplies procurement, and facility maintenance.
Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and staff engagement.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or management role within a medical clinic or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient care standards, and regulatory compliance.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English is an advantage.
