Job information
– Welcoming and directing incoming guests, providing tea and coffee service;
– Receiving and directing incoming calls and emails to the company, solving problems;
– Regularly ordering office supplies;
– If necessary, preparing the required documents in appropriate office programs;
– Organizing the reception of incoming documents to the company and at the same time delivering the documents to the appropriate addresses;
– Organizing conferences, seminars and other events;
– Booking hotels for accommodation of foreign guests.
– 5 working days a week
Candidate requirements
– Knowledge of MS. Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook);
– Responsible, flexible and able to work in a team;
– Ability to work with office equipment (printer, etc.); –
Knowledge and skills in the field of clerical work;
– Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azerbaijani and English.
