Key Responsibilities:
Office Management & Administration:
– Maintain office operations (supplies, snacks, beverages, cleanliness).
– Handle incoming/outgoing mail, couriers, and basic errands.
– Coordinate office logistics (meeting rooms, equipment, visitor management).

Financial & Contract Support:
– Track and process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping records.
– Assist in contract management (filing, renewals, and compliance).
– Liaise with accountants or external financial services as needed.

Team & Operational Support:
– Schedule and coordinate meetings (internal and client-facing).
– Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations (if required).
– Support HR tasks (onboarding, time-off tracking, team events).

Customer & Stakeholder Communication:
– Serve as a point of contact for client emails and calls.
– Help manage calendars and follow-ups for leadership.
– Ensure professional and timely communication with external partners.
– 5 days in week

Namizədə tələblər
– 1+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or executive support.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills (startup experience is a plus!).
– Proficiency in *English* (written/spoken) and *Turkish* (fluent).
– Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:
– Basic knowledge of invoicing/payment systems .
– Interest in startups/tech (no coding required, but enthusiasm is welcome!).
