About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Manage calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Draft, format, and prepare documents, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Monitor and manage incoming emails and correspondence
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and databases
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
Perform general administrative tasks and office duties
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting C-level executives
Familiarity with travel and event planning
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
