Stream: International (Cambridge) Application Requirements:

Bachelor degree in pedagogical field;
At least 1-3 years of experience in the appropriate field;
Ability to use modern educational and electronic equipment (smart boards, tablets, computers, etc.) in the classroom;
Fluent in Azeri, C1 level of English excellent language skills
Relevant certificates;
Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages;
To be democratic, tolerant, frank, as well as have critical and logical thinking, high erudition and sense of humor;
To establish effective communication with students and parents, school leaders, teachers and support staff
Main responsibilities:

As a homeroom teacher, organizes the student collective, carries out purposeful work for the formation of the school personality, develops deep respect for the environment, the attributes of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a whole and the motherland in general.
Stays in close contact with parents, uses their help in the educational work of students. Gives them pedagogical and psychological advice, arranges homework for students.
Conducts training sessions with students, taking into account the specific features of the subjects taught to primary school students. Uses various forms, methods, techniques, visual aids and didactic materials.
Plans teaching materials on subjects intended for primary school students, ensures the implementation of curricula, all students master them on the basis of basic requirements.
Directs and supervises the work of team teachers. Takes into account the program and methodology of primary education, develops annual and current work plans, keeps a systematic record of its work, collects, summarizes and analyzes the results of its work.
Participates in the activities of methodological associations and other forms of methodological work. Makes suggestions for improving the process of teaching and learning in the primary school.
Always takes care of his/her professional development.
Ensures adherence to teaching discipline.
Complies with the requirements of technical safety and industrial sanitation when using training equipment.
