Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education (Business Administration or Information Technology is preferred);
Must have at least 2 years of experience in project management (especially IT projects);
Must have the ability to negotiate with partners and experience in this field;
Must be fluent in Azerbaijani, good in Russian, and have an intermediate level of English;
Must have analytical thinking and analysis skills and management abilities;
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodology is an advantage.
Job responsibilities:

Project roadmap development and planning;
Setting priorities in project and service development;
Conducting internal and external meetings on the project;
Constant contact with relevant teams during the product development process;
Managing IT team tasks;
Backlog task execution, changes, testing and monitoring;
Receiving feedback from users and providing improvement suggestions.
Our working conditions:

Salary: based on interview;
Work schedule: Full-time (5 days);
Working hours: 08:30-17:30;
