Job information
– Salary: 450-500 azn fixed salary + bonus + tour and transfer bonuses (between 200-250 azn)
– Schedule Day shift from 08:00 to 17:00, 6 working days, one day off.

Candidate requirements
We are urgently looking for a male and female receptionist for the hotel!!!

– Age limit: 20-31
– Work experience: desirable.
– Fluent knowledge of Russian and English is a must.
– (Applications of persons who do not know these languages ​​will not be considered).
– Ability to work with office programs
– Ability to work in a team
– Accuracy, honesty and responsibility
– Knowledge of hotel programs: Intour Exely
– Preference is given to those with experience with Booking, Expedia, Ostrovok sites. (Training is also provided to those without experience). Registering guests (contact information and exact dates of stay)
– Responding to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Providing technical assistance to guests, maintaining regular contact with cleaning staff to ensure that all rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped
– Keeping records of reservations and payments under control.
– Must be cultured and responsible.
