Requirements:
Higher education in construction, architecture or related fields.
At least 5 years of work experience in a similar position.
Excellent organizational skills and team management skills.
Knowledge of the financial and organizational aspects of construction projects.
Ability to work with project documents and financial reports.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Professional communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
Knowledge of modern technology and materials used in the construction and renovation of restaurants.
Experience with project management systems (e.g. MS Project, Primavera or similar).
Category B driving license.
Commitments:
Organizing and supervising construction and renovation works from scratch to completion.
Selection and hiring of craftsmen, workers, and contractors to perform electrical, plumbing, air conditioning systems, kitchen equipment installation, furniture installation, etc.
Ensuring high-quality execution of work, control over deadlines and budgets.
Preparation and maintenance of project documents.
Managing the financial aspects of the project, calculating and controlling costs.
Organization and optimization of work processes in the construction field.
