Capacity: 40 Guests
Employment Type: Full-time (6 days a week work schedule)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Maintain high standards of food, service, and hygiene
Coordinate with kitchen and administration teams
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
Monitor inventory and supplies, liaising with suppliers when needed
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication in Azerbaijani and Russian and good level of English is a plus.
Knowledge of fine dining service standards
Hospitality or business management degree preferred
Working Conditions:

Salary- 1200 AZN net
Performance-based bonus – depending on KPIs and achievements)
