Duties and responsibilities :

To effectively sell electronic products (mobile phones, home appliances, computers and accessories, etc.) offered by the company.
Welcoming customers, learning about their needs and offering them suitable products.
Explaining product features, benefits, and warranty terms to customers.
Carrying out the necessary documentation to formalize the sale.
Actively work to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales plans.
Follow cash or credit sales procedures.
Providing after-sales service, responding to customer complaints and inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints promptly or refer them to the appropriate department.
Making suggestions to improve sales techniques by analyzing customer preferences and market demands.
Collaborate effectively with the sales manager and other departments within the company.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
To constantly stay informed about existing and new products and to participate in training to increase their knowledge.
Liaise with the warehouse and keep product stocks under control.
Required skills and education :

Higher or secondary specialized education.
At least 1-3 years of sales experience in the electronics field is desirable.
Having knowledge of sales techniques and customer psychology.
Fluency in Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel) and 1C programs.
Active listening and effective communication skills.
Sales techniques and customer objection management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Teamwork and initiative.
Working hours and working conditions :

Salary: Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge and skills;
Work schedule: 6-day work schedule.
