Job responsibilities:
Implementation of accounting automation in the 1C program;
Preparation and sending of invoices and organization of a register of goods sold;
Processing daily invoices and receipts and transferring them to the accounting program;
Preparation and processing of the company’s required accounting documents;
Checking, processing and archiving incoming documents for payment;
Participation in inventory;
Inclusion of purchase and sale (by nomenclature), bank, cash, and payroll operations into the 1C Accounting program;
Preparing data for reporting, monitoring the preservation of accounting documents;
Preparing daily and monthly reports and submitting them to relevant government agencies on time;
Control over receivables and payables, ensuring their correct reflection in accounting accounts;
Performing necessary analyses regarding customer debts
Ensuring that transactions related to the movement of cash, goods, materials and other assets are reflected in accounting;
Performing other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager;
Submission of cash flow statements
Prompt execution of tasks
Requirements for the candidate:
Have at least 3-5 years of work experience in finance and accounting;
Higher Education (Accounting, Finance, Economics);
Have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (especially MS Excel);
Experience working in 1C Software is a must;
Possess high analytical, management and communication skills;
Possess high corporate communication, teamwork and team building skills;
Fluent in Azerbaijani;
