Candidate Requirements:

Work experience in retail sales;
Higher education is required;
Gender: Male;
Ability to work independently in Microsoft office software (especially Excel);
Knowledge of 1C software is an advantage;
Having a personal car is an advantage;
Ability to be responsible, work with a team, and think analytically.
Job Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily work activities of subordinate employees and coordinate the work of employees;
Ensuring correct and planned preparation of orders, and approving additional orders (inserts, campaigns, etc.);
Monitor the maintenance of commercial inventory at an optimal level;
Monitoring suppliers’ adherence to delivery schedules and rules, preventing possible delays;
Monitor the timely and correct distribution of goods and check their compliance with the order;
Monitor the entry and exit operations of products in the warehouse and product returns;
Ensure that periodic reports are prepared and submitted to management;
Evaluate the performance of department employees and support their development;
Perform other tasks assigned by management in a timely and accurate manner.
Working Conditions:

Working hours: 09:00–18:00 (Saturday and Sunday off);
