Main responsibilities:
Prepare and ensure the accuracy of title documents for vehicles being purchased, sold, or transferred.
Verify the authenticity of titles, including checking for liens, ownership, and any discrepancies.
Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., sales, logistics, legal) to collect and manage all necessary documentation associated with titles.
Oversee import/export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and local laws.
Booking Documentation process
Directly working with Vessel lines
Making documents’ receipts
Billing of loadings
Ensure all title documentation complies with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
Process title applications and transfers, including submitting necessary forms to the appropriate government bodies.
Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and warehouse operators to secure favorable terms.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding title status, requirements, and any issues that may arise during the process.
Maintain organized records of all title documents, transactions, and communications for future reference and auditing purposes.
Address and resolve any issues related to titles, including lost titles, discrepancies in documentation, and delays.
Requirements
A degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be preferred
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in title handling, legal documentation, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and international freight operations.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Familiarity with local and state title regulations and procedures.
Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple titles and documents simultaneously.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and authorities.
Experience with ERP systems and logistics management software is preferred;
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Working conditions:
Location: Baku city
Sector: International Logistics of Containers from Country to Country
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5 working days per week;
