Job description:

Formulating the strategy of a newly established travel agency, organizing services and fully managing the sales process. Building and managing the team, creating partnerships and leading overall business development.

Main tasks:

Organization and management of travel agency activities from scratch
Preparation and marketing of tourism products
Team formation, training and management
Establishing partnerships with hotels, airlines and other partners
Marketing strategy development and implementation
Income and expense management, preparation of monthly and annual reports
Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining control over service quality
Requirements for the candidate:

Higher education in tourism or business
Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in tourism or sales
Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, English is desirable
Team management and strategic thinking skills
Responsible, proactive and result-oriented approach
Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
