Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00

Job responsibilities and activities:

Identify design standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across all design projects;
Participate in the implementation of responsive designs that maximize user experience on desktop and mobile devices;
Ability to create wireframes and prototypes;
Ability to work with a cross-functional team;
Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, demonstrate a creative approach, and be proactive in enhancing the skills of other team members.
Required skills and work experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in UX/UI is required;
Ability to work in Figma;
Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
Understand color theory and be able to use colors effectively in design;
Experience in user research and usability testing;
Creative thinking to generate innovative design concepts and solutions;
Commitment to user-centered design principles and practices;
Experience in UI design principles and ability to create user-friendly interfaces;
Skills to prioritize tasks, effectively manage design projects, and solve problems;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to justify design decisions and think critically and creatively;
Ability to work with Agile management principles;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and Sketch is a plus.
Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design principles is desirable;
